Through-out high school until now I wanted to be a grapic designer...but I just found out the average annual income for grapic designers is reported to be around $31,000 - $45,000!!!! And that's not even after taxes!!!
Moving on to my next dream profession as being an Architect....they make on average $94,000 before taxes. Sounds good to me.
Game Programmers: $75,000 annually. Nice. I'd need to look more into this, 2 years of education is usually required for this type of job....and its FUN!
Fashion Designers: "Most fashion designers earn between $13,440 and $93,000. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports an average annual income of $67,370 for fashion designers in 2005." Humm, Doesnt sound too stable and promising enough for me....Maybe i'll look in to the difference between being a fashion designer and owning your own clothing line.....i'll "x" this one out too along with graphic design lol.

Computer Technician: "In Northern Kentucky and the greater Cincinnati area, the median annual salary of a computer technician is $42,410, with 50% of workers in this field earning between $37,204 and $47,827." Ok, if i'm living alone for the rest of my life...cool, but what about if I have kids and stuff? That won't cut it... i'll still keep this in mind though.

Investment Banker: This one is based on "experience." heres a picture.
Nice, especially for only 1 year of experience. I have a friend who is going to be an investment banker....it's hard work but it pays off.
Insurance Agent: "The median annual earnings of wage and salary insurance sales agents were $43,870 in May 2006. The middle 50 percent earned between $31,640 and $69,180. The lowest 10 percent had earnings of $24,600 or less, while the highest 10 percent earned more than $115,090."

Basically, the one thing the jobs that I listed have in common is that you gotta work hard, period, you can't slack because these salaries flucuate and your financial goal is not guaranteed even when you do put in your best efforts. The way I see it is, we all need and want money, I'd love financial freedom and independence..but unless i'm at a job that I love and I'm happy there then its not worth it for me.
